QUALIFICATIONS
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field or advancement to doctoral candidacy by the time of application
- Ability to teach courses in English (to be assessed via online or in-person interviews)
- No disqualifying reasons under private school or university regulations
- Holder of, or eligibility for, an E-1 visa
- Meets the requirements for assistant professor or higher under the "Regulations on University Faculty Qualifications"

RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Teach undergraduate courses and assist in curriculum development.
- Mentor and advise students in both academic and extracurricular capacities.
- Design and lead new courses and co-curricular activities.
- Contribute to a culture of teaching excellence and innovation at the college.
- Represent and promote BIC in academic and professional settings
- Undertake administrative responsibilities as required.
