■ Helpers
When he/she witnesses the occurrence of human rights violations or becomes aware of the damage
If possible, ask the perpetrator to stop the act and separate the victim from the situation to ensure safety.
Listen to the victims.
I don't say anything to judge the victim's behavior.
We provide assistance by looking at the greatest difficulties that victims feel.
We will guide related organizations such as the Human Rights Center on campus (051-629-0381~3).
I do not speak to third parties about what I have learned.
■ Victim
When I was violated
If it is not clear whether the situation you are in is a human rights violation, you must get help from your surroundings, such as the human rights center (051-629-0381~3) and trusted acquaintances.
If you judge that it is possible to secure your safety, you immediately express your refusal to the perpetrator.
If possible, move to a safe place to get out of harm's way.
The data or records of the case will help you deal with the official case.
Decide how to relieve the disease, such as reporting it to a specialized institution in the school, such as a human rights center, or taking legal action.
■ the perpetrator
When I committed human rights violations
He takes seriously the fact that his words and actions have caused damage to others.
As soon as we recognize it, we stop the action and apologize.
If you are involved in an investigation, be careful not to falsely deny the case or make distorted statements.
We strive to actively prevent the occurrence of secondary damage and block the spread.
We actively strive to prevent recurrence and improve human rights sensitivity, such as finding opportunities for human rights education.
